There are tons of photos, which is nice, but I’m kind of tired of having to fight with the search to find what I need. It gets the job done sometimes, but the search really needs work.

"Great exports, but I wish the steps were clearer"
I use canva exports often, especially PNG and PDF, and they’re really handy for what I need. Most of the time it works well and gets the job done. The only thing is that some export settings feel a little tucked away, so I sometimes find myself expecting clearer instructions or a more obvious layout. Overall though, it’s been useful and reliable for my projects.

"Great tool, but the licensing makes me nervous"
I do like using canva because it’s super easy to jump into, and the templates save me a ton of time. But the copyright and licensing rules make me feel a little trapped sometimes. I’ll make something I really like, then start second-guessing whether I’m allowed to use it for client work or anything I might resell. The support pages answer some of it, but not enough for me to feel totally confident. It’s a good app overall — I just really wish the usage rules were clearer and less stressful.

There are lots of fonts on here. I was just messing around with it for a bit and kept finding more options, which was nice. Some of them have that kind of look I was hoping for, so it worked out well.

"Fair and quick refund experience"
I noticed I got charged by mistake, so I reached out to Canva support to get it sorted. To be fair, they looked into it quickly and didn’t make it a hassle. The refund came through faster than I expected, which I really appreciated. Mistakes happen, but they handled it the right way. No drama, just an easy fix

"Way easier to find old designs"
The folders have made such a difference for me. I can actually find my older designs without scrolling forever, which used to drive me a little crazy. Small thing, maybe, but it makes staying organized so much easier.

I use canva Pro often for work posts and small side projects, and overall it’s been worth it for me. I’m usually a little careful about paying for subscriptions because I don’t want to waste money on something I barely use, but this one feels low-risk since the photos, fonts, resize tool, and background remover are all included. It’s not perfect, and it does load slowly sometimes, which can be annoying when I’m trying to finish something quickly. But considering how much time it saves me, the price feels fair and the value has been really good.

It published really fast and the whole process was hassle-free, which I appreciated. My only annoyance was that the communication wasn’t very clear at times, so I wasn’t always sure what was happening or what to expect next.

"I use Canva whenever I need…"
I use Canva whenever I need to throw together quick posts or flyers, and for the most part it just works. Changing colors, fonts, and moving stuff around is simple, so I don’t feel lost like I do with some design tools. That said, some menus take a bit of digging to find, and every now and then I feel a little trapped trying to get something exactly the way I want it. Still, the customization is really solid overall and it saves me a lot of time

It’s got a few bugs here and there, but it ain’t nothing that really stops me from using it. For quick designs, it works just fine, and I use it all the time.

"Canva’s Brand Kit Is a Real Time-Saver"
I use canva pretty much every day, and to be fair, the Brand Kit is probably the feature I appreciate the most. Having my logos, colors, and fonts all saved in one spot makes things so much easier. I don’t have to dig around for hex codes or keep re-uploading the same logo every time I make something. It’s a simple feature, but it genuinely saves time, especially when I need to put together posts quickly.

Canva is fine when it actually works, but this design thing has been freezing on me and not saving my edits lately. I’ve had to redo the same stuff more than once, which is such a waste of time. Annoying when all I’m trying to make is something simple.

I canceled my Canva plan last week, and it wasn’t too bad. It took me a minute to find the right page in the settings, but once I got there, the whole process went smoothly. A little later, I got the confirmation email, which was reassuring. Overall, I’d give it 4 stars.

"Super handy for quick designs"
I use Canva on my phone all the time. It’s really easy when I just need to make a quick post or tweak something on the go. The only thing is, it can freeze a bit when I’m working on bigger designs, which gets a little annoying. Still, I use it a lot and it’s convenient overall.

I signed up for the free trial but am unable to log into my account. i have been unable to contact anyone at canva. i was charged without notice!

How does one get out of the "free" trial when you don't see anything that you can use?

Uploading my own photo does not exist on the free program on my mac. do i have to pay for a service to do this or am i missing something? no upload
